Klā Sanctuary offers the rare opportunity to reserve our entire space for private group experiences, perfect for corporate retreats, leadership gatherings, family celebrations, wedding parties, or any group seeking a meaningful pause together. Located in the heart of Kansas City’s historic West Bottoms, our beautifully restored spa sanctuary features over 4,000 square feet of communal thermal experiences, surrounded by hand-crafted tile, warm timber beams, and a design rooted in natural rhythms. A full facility booking provides a space to move at your group’s own pace, allowing for an experience without interruption, whether that includes reconnection, reflection, or quiet restoration, held within an environment that invites presence, care, and a return to what matters most.

Non Peak Price

(Monday-Thursday) - 3 hours for up to 30 guests | $5,000

Peak Price

(Friday-Sunday) - 3 hours for up to 30 guests | $7,000

Enhancements (optional add-ons):

Staff Support Fee is already included in listed price

  • Sound bowl experience in Sanctuary (1.5 hour) | $250

  • Chair massage in Sanctuary | $150 per hour

  • Add Selah Lounge as a private booking:

    Monday- Thursday

    • $350 for first hour, $175 for additional hours

    Friday - Sunday

    • $500 for first hour, $250 for additional hours

    • Cost counts as credit toward food and drinks. Additional purchases can be made on tab system if total exceeds amount paid

    Please note: Selah may also be privately reserved without booking the entire Klā facility at the price listed above.

Terms & Conditions:

We recommend booking Full Facility reservations at least 30 days in advance of your intended event. While availability with shorter notice cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate when possible. Please give us a call and we’re happy to talk through options with you.

Full Facility Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with fees varying depending on timing:
• 60+ days prior to reservation = 20% fee on total cost
• 30-59 days prior to reservation = 50% fee on total cost
• 0-29 days prior to reservation = 100% fee on total cost
