    Prenatal Massage Policy: Prenatal massages are not permitted during the first trimester. After the first trimester, clients must provide a doctor’s note clearing them for prenatal massage at the time of their appointment.

  • Memberships begin with a one-time $150 sign-up fee and a $450 monthly charge to the card on file. Each month, this payment becomes a $450 credit on your account that can be used toward services at member pricing for bookings Sunday-Thursday.

    Simply log in to your profile to book online or call our receptionist for assistance. When you book, the member price of the service is deducted from your monthly credit. Credits must be used within the same month and do not roll over.

    Our four pathways: RELAX, REVIVE, RECOVER, and RESPOND, are here to help guide your experience. The RESPOND pathway represents complete flexibility, meaning you may use your credit toward any service you choose. The other pathways are thoughtfully curated to pair services that often provide the greatest value for members. Although these pathways are suggested they are not mandatory and a member may choose “RESPOND” each time if they would like to spend their credit however they see fit without a predetermined path.

    For example, you might book an Intuitive Massage or Sanctuary Pass from the RECOVER pathway, or choose a treatment like the Klā Harmony Ritual by following your intuition through the RESPOND pathway.

    If a service exceeds your remaining credit, the additional balance can simply be paid at the member pricing rate.

    At the start of each new month, your $450 credit refreshes, allowing you to once again choose the treatments and experiences that best support your needs.

  • Due to limited membership availability, a non-refundable Sign Up Fee is required to begin any Klā Sanctuary Membership.

    This Sign Up fee is in addition to your monthly membership payment and is required on the day of sign up to secure your spot.

    When registering for your membership, your one-time Sign Up fee will be due along with your first month’s member payment. Once these are paid in full your membership will become active immediately and your services/passes are then available to be booked.

  • Passes are available Sunday-Thursday only as there is limited capacity on weekends due to high demand.

    Members are welcome to book a service on Friday or Saturday, but they will be unable to use Member Pricing and will be charged at the full rate.

  • Yes, Klā was thoughtfully designed with a limited number of lockers to naturally regulate how many guests can occupy the space at one time. This intentional approach preserves the sense of spaciousness and overall tone of the environment throughout each visit.

    Because of this design, memberships are also offered in limited numbers, ensuring our members have ample opportunity to enjoy Klā and make it routine.

    We are proud to introduce this membership while remaining deeply committed to protecting the integrity and quality of the Klā experience for everyone who shares in it.

  • The monthly membership fee is due each month on the same day of the month as your sign-up. This fee will be charged automatically to your card on file.

    If your monthly payment declines for any reason:

    • A $15 convenience fee will be added to your account.

    • You will have three (3) days to successfully make your payment, including the convenience fee.

    If payment is not received within the three-day grace period:

    • Your membership will be automatically terminated, and all benefits will cease immediately.

    • A new Sign Up Fee will be required to rejoin.

  • Members may share their passes and member pricing with companions although they MUST accompany guests throughout their visit for this benefit to be valid.

    All credits and passes must be used during the current month and are unable to be collected or rolled over to the following month.

    Membership perks are unable to be gifted although a member can choose to purchase any offerings personally using their perks and share them as they wish.

    Community Partner Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.

  • Monthly bookings may be scheduled once your monthly membership is active.

    All memberships will become active as soon as your one-time sign up fee and monthly membership fee are paid in full.

  • Additional discounts are not redeemable on top of membership benefits.

  • Members are subject to Klā Sanctuary’s standard cancellation, no show, and rescheduling policy.

    If a member needs to cancel a booking, it must be done within the required cancellation window. Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will be billed at full price, meaning the cost of the service booked (at the membership pricing rate) will be deducted from the member’s available credit for the month. If a member no-shows or cancels within the 24–48 hour window, the service will not be refunded and will count toward the member’s monthly visit.

    Reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee ($50 for Treatments and $25 for Sanctuary Passes and Early Bird Treatments), which will be deducted from the member’s monthly credit.

  • If a member chooses to book experiences that exceed the $450 credit in a month, they will still receive the discounted member price on services being booked Sun-Thu and will simply pay the difference.

  • Absolutely! If you decide to book a service on a Friday or Saturday and are paying full price due to Member Pricing not being available these days you are still able to use the Member credit that is on your account for that specific month towards your bill at check out.

  • Due to limited capacity, monthly membership credits do not roll over and expire, if not used, at the end of each month. Credits cannot be transferred or converted into gift cards. Gift cards may still be purchased separately, in addition to the monthly membership.

  • Yes, one of our member perks is that all members receive 10% off on Full Facility Bookings. These bookings are available to book Monday through Sunday! Please see our Full Facility Bookings Page for more information on what that entails.
