Appointments
Appointments can be booked online at klasanctuary.com or by calling the spa front desk at (816)849-6167).
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred service time.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations
To avoid charges, please cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will be billed at full price.
Gratuities
A 20% service fee will be added to your bill for your convenience. This fee is distributed in full to our dedicated staff.
